Our trading desk and support teams had begun moving their work stations to their homes from the beginning of March. To date, our team has adequately set up all systems to perform their functions without any disruption to our clients online trading experience.
The only significant change to our service during the lockdown will be on the queries and support handling:
- We kindly request that clients do not contact us by telephone but instead to use our Help Portal for self-help.
- As a last resort, email us on supportdesk@gt247.com using your MT5 UserID as a subject heading with a clear description of how we can assist you.
During the lockdown we fully understand the opportunity and responsibility to be able to digitally up-skill our clients and traders. We will therefore be hosting FREE weekly interactive trading webinars from Wednesday 1 April 2020.
