Federal Reserve raises rates, focus now on ECB conference

The Federal Reserve raised the interest rates for a second time this year to 2%. Emerging markets to remain under pressure and investors wait anxiously for today’s ECB conference, where there will be a rates decision. The sentiment at the moment is that there won’t be any change, however, there is a possibility of an end to the ECB’s quantitative-easing program. In other news, the U.S is discussing moving forward with tariffs on Chinese goods.
